Scott Disick’s ‘Happy Birthday’ Post to Kourtney Kardashian Kinda Breaks Our Hearts

Ugh, Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian are back at it again with getting our hopes up!

Disick wished his ex-girlfriend/the mother of their three children a ‘happy birthday’ with a beautiful post on Instagram. Beautiful yet simple…might we add.

The photo is a throwback of the two kissing in the water. Needless to say, looking madly in love.

The 32-year-old captioned the photo “Happy birthday @kourtneykardash everyone who knows you loves you so much!” in honor of Kardashian’s 37th birthday.

The two split back in July after Disick got too close to his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli while vacationing in the South of France.

Kardashian and Disick have also been successfully co-parenting their three children: Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 16 months. Scott is at every family event and we love seeing them together.
